Hi,There are a few possibilities on why some accessories might stop from working like possible 3rd party programs that might not be compatible with the default accessories, or there might be something going on the the background that might prevent it from workingproperly. Microsoft has moved the classic Sticky Notes program to Windows Store in Windows 10 Anniversary Update. The new Sticky Notes comes with a few features and now the app can be easily reset and reinstalled if it doesn’t work as it’s supposed to. Scroll down and click on Sticky Notes. You should see the following window open. Click on Reset: Import Your Sticky Notes to Windows 10. After resetting the Sticky Notes application, DO NOT open it until after the importation process is completed, otherwise you will have to do the reset process again before proceeding.

Works fine on another profile with the same # of notes (7). I can delete the notes too, whereas in my usual profiel, I cannot edit or delete them.Re ' Were you able to create a back up of those notes?' How do I do this please?

To answer your question with how to back up yourSticky Notes, you can open your notepad by typing it inCortana so you can copy and paste your notes for the meantime if they're all text. However if what you have are notes from what you've snipped, screenshot on a few things, etc., then using theOneNote app or would be the best way to back your sticky notes.Since we've tested if the issue is re-occurring or not on a different user profile which it doesn't, this would only mean that thePowerShell of the current user profile is damaged. That being said, the best route that we can take at this point would be moving your personal filesbyfrom yourcurrent profile to a. Best to have the programs checkedif are they present on the new one so if not, you can reinstall them.
